A native of Detroit, MI.
, Scott has been rocking in the Southland
since the early 90’s. Living in Muscle Shoals, AL Scott has had the
opportunity to play and/or work with many successful artists,
including: Confederate Railroad, Montgomery Gentry, Wilson Pickett,
The Temptations and many more. Working in recording studios
around the Muscle Shoals area helped to sharpen Scott’s skills as a
recording engineer/producer. Scott was the founding member of
“Tank n Steele” a rock band with four studio releases, and
which toured
the southeast headlining clubs & bike rallies such as the American Ironhorse
Round-Up and The Trail of Tears Commemorative Ride. In 2002,
Scott was hired as F.O.H. Engineer for the Southern Rock Allstars.
Then, in 2004 Scott took the stage as the second guitarist for SRA.
2005 saw Scott accepting a position with the reunited ‘Blackfoot’ as
their Tour Manager & Front of House Engineer.
In the meantime Scott & founding Blackfoot drummer, the late Jakson
Spires, were writing & recording “Legends Never Die”
which would eventually become the new CD from Thunderfoot.
